today was exhausting but very fulfulling =) i drove 120 miles because i had to pick up my friend in Torrance (30 miles), go to the badminton place at El Monte (another 30 miles from Torrance), then go back the same route by the end of the day.

before leaving though we ate at ralph's house. his wife minie was there too and they were both very very nice =) thanks for the lunch and dinner!

the games were awesome. i really had a good work out today, and just now i finished doing my home exercises =) so everything went according to plan just the way i like it.

today has it downs as well. dad collapsed and he almost hit his head on the tv table. he's been feeling light headed since this morning probably because of his medications =(. good thing he wasn't hurt, but my mom told me she cried because she thought my dad hit his head hard. its tough to see your parents getting hurt because they've always been the ones you see who're always strong. times have changed, and it's pretty tough for me to adjust and realize that this is whats happening because since i'm the youngest, i'm used to being spoiled a lot. but like i've aforementioned many times, it's time to shine. one day at a time i adjust to the fact that now it's my time to take care of them, like how they took care of me. i know i won't be able to repay them for what they did for me in my lifetime, but i'll try to do what i can in theirs...
